PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device 1 in which high frequency noise reaching a heat sink 3 is eliminated by a penetration type capacitor 4 while heat generated by an IC 2 is radiated even when the small size IC2 is used.SOLUTION: In an electronic device 1, a penetration type capacitor 4 is disposed between an IC 2 and a heat sink 3. The penetration type capacitor 4 transmits heat generated by the IC 2 to the heat sink 3. Thus, the heat generated by the IC2 is radiated from the heat sink 3. Additionally, even if high frequency noise reaches the heat sink 3, the high frequency noise reaching the heat sink is eliminated by the penetration type capacitor 4. |
