The controller controls the flow of the working fluid to and from the valve. The heat exchanger 22 is mounted between the valve 23 and the valve controller 20. The heat exchanger 22receives the working fluid from the valve 23, cools the working fluid using a cooling stream, and delivers cooled working fluid to the valve controller 20.
