FIELD: veterinary science.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for assessing degree of cadmium accumulation in cow liver. For this purpose, concentration of Μn in biosubstrate is determined by atomic emission spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma. As biosubstrate hair is taken from live animals is used.
