PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin solid electrolyte membrane composed of a layer double hydroxide, and an all-solid alkaline fuel cell using the same.SOLUTION: The electrolyte membrane for all-solid alkaline fuel cell is a membrane composed of a layer double hydroxide:[MM(OH)][AmHO](In the formula, Mis a bivalent metal ion; Mis a trivalent metal ion; Ais a negative ion (n is 1 or 2); and 0.1≤x≤0.8;m>0), and the layer double hydroxide is oriented on at least one main surface. An all-solid alkaline fuel cell using the same is also provided. |
