The invention provides the lifting method of a lift winch, wherein a lift winch can be easily moved within a lifting path to realize the lifting operation in a machinery chamber without detaching the car body of an elevator car during the replacement process. According to the lifting method, an elevator car is loaded through a loading layer of a building by a lift winch with a trolley, and then the elevator car is conveyed to the ground of a working layer through a lifting path. During the installation process of a guide rail, a lifting guide rail is installed in a horizontal support manner. Meanwhile, during the formation process of an opening, an opening is formed at the bottom of the machinery chamber. During the setting process, a lifting device is formed in the machinery chamber. During the carrying process, the lift winch is guided to the guide rail by mean of an electric winch mounted on the lifting device and then is conveyed to the lifting path through the ground of the working layer. During the lifting process, the weight is lifted into the machinery chamber through the opening. |
