PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce identification operation when retransmission service fails.SOLUTION: An image signal evaluation apparatus 1 detects an error from each of image signals transmitted by different methods such as an IP system, an RF system, and a ground wave system. When the frequency of error detection exceeds a predetermined criterion, information on a facility building where the image signal evaluation apparatus 1 is installed and evaluation notification containing a transmission method by which the error has detected are sent to an analysis server 2. As a result, it is possible to check by which transmission method an error has occurred. Since the analysis server 2 totalizes evaluation notification received from each image signal evaluation apparatus 1, and it becomes possible to identify a failure occurrence section from the transmission method by which the error has detected and information on a common facility buildings, an identification operation can be reduced when retransmission service fails. |
