PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress abrasion of a slide-contact part between a partition and a rotating shaft or an impeller.SOLUTION: In a pump device, a penetration hole 4 penetrated with a rotating shaft 3 which rotates by a drive force is formed at a partition 2 for partitioning a plurality of parallel pump chambers 21, 22, impellers 11, 12 contained in the respective pump chambers 21, 22 are integrally and rotatably arranged at the rotating shaft 3 which is made to penetrate the penetration hole 4, there are formed a communication passage 6 for connecting one pump chamber 21 out of the plurality of pump chambers 21, 22 to the other pump chamber 22 and a discharge port 7 communicating to the outside of the other pump chamber 22 from the other chamber 22, fluid is supplied to the other pump chamber 22 through the communication passage 5 from one pump chamber 21 by the rotation of the rotating shaft 3 and the impellers 11, 12, and also supplied to the outside of the other chamber 22 through the discharge port 7 from the other pump chamber 22. A ceramic liner c is attached to a face of either the partition 2 and the rotating shaft 3 which oppose each other and relatively rotate, or a face of either the partition 2 and the impellers 11, 22, or at both sides. |
