PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet excellent in a plating adhesion and a formability, and to provide a manufacturing method for the high strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet.SOLUTION: The high strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet having ≥980 MPa tensile strength and the excellent plating adhesion and formability, is composed by mass% of 0.05-0.4% C, 0.01-3.0%.Si, 0.1-3.0% Mn, ≤0.04% P, ≤0.05% S, ≤0.01% N, 0.01-2.0% Al and >0.5% Si+Al and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities; and has the peculiarity such that a microstructure contains, by volume fraction, ≥40% ferrite as the main phase, contains ≥8% austenite and further contains one or more kinds in three kinds of martensite [1], [2] and [3] and bainite, and has the hot-dip galvanized layer composed of <7 mass% Fe and the balance Zn and Al with inevitable impurities on the surface of the steel sheet having 10-0% rate of content of a perlite. |
