A security apparatus comprising a plurality of brackets (2) for securing to the top of a fence or wall at spaced intervals along the length thereof, each bracket (2) has a lower portion which is intended for securing to the fence or wall and a curved portion extends upwardly and away from the upper end of the lower portion, a metal mesh (6) is secured between the brackets (2) to provide a curved overhang which is intended to extend along the top of the fence or wall on the side of the fence or wall open to attack, a back support (12) that extends upwardly from the upper end of the lower portion, and a coil of razor wire (18) secured at least to the back support (12) and held there by at least one line wire (14) between the upwardly extending back supports. |
