According to the present invention, with respect to personal information security, it is capable of determining usage authority such as a number of usage, period, expiration period, and the like for an image file including personal information of a user; and dynamically reduces a leakage risk of the image file including personal information by converting the image file to a specific file format which is able to be opened or used only on a viewer such as a predetermined specific file reader or the like, storing the converted image file; and deleting the corresponding image file when data accesses an image file of which an expiration period is passed or the number of usage and period are expired. Moreover, when the image file is generated or deleted, information on the generation and deletion of the image file is notified to a corresponding user via a text message, e-mail, or the like to relieve anxiety about the provision of personal information; thereby improving reliability of the user for an institution which deals with personal information of the user, such as a public office, a financial corporation, a telecommunications company, and the like. The personal information security apparatus of the present invention comprises: an input unit; a file loading unit; a conversion unit; and a control unit. |
