PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest fitting structure of a vehicle capable of avoiding deterioration of impression, and reducing load on an occupant's head in a rear collision without any increase in weight and cost and worsening of productivity.SOLUTION: A recessed part 15 extending in the vehicle width direction and projected toward the rear of a vehicle is formed on a cab back panel 5, an upper wall 15a and a lower wall 15b of the recessed part 15 are inclined so that as they go toward the rear of the vehicle, they come close to each other. A hat-like mounting bracket 16 having a pair of side walls 16a, 16a and a bottom wall 16b is disposed in the recessed part 15 with the bottom wall 16b located on the front of the vehicle and with both side walls 16a, 16a confronting each other in the vehicle width direction. The upper part of the headrest 9 is fitted to the mounting bracket 16 with the upper end surface 16d and the lower end surface 16e of the side wall 16a of the mounting bracket 16 substantially parallel to the top wall 15a and the lower wall 15b of the recessed part 15 and also close to each other. |
