PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with a balcony, which enables an intermediate handrail column of a handrail wall to be assembled to a top surface of a building unit in a well-balanced state, when the short handrail wall such as to be cut at a midpoint is provided.SOLUTION: A balcony unit 3 includes a corner handrail column (3P) that is mounted on a column material 4, and an intermediate column 3aP of a handrail, which is positioned in an intermediate part in a longitudinal direction of upper beams (5 and 6) and mounted on mounting means (a protrusive fixing bracket 18) provided in the upper beams (5 and 6). |
