The tower has an upper coupling point (4) and two lower coupling points for connection with an upper link and a lower link of a three-point lever of a tractor. The upper coupling point is arranged at a component (9) i.e. rocker arm (10), and is moved for connection with the upper link in a front coupling position (11) and with the upper link in a rear operation position. The upper link is connected with the upper coupling point. The component and the upper coupling point are locked in the rear operation position and are variably moved in the front coupling position.
