The present invention relates to a method for mixing lactic acid bacteria and kelp powder or a kelp extract with high stickiness in order to allow lactic acid bacteria to easily adhere to human intestines. Lactic acid bacteria powder is generally capsulated and taken with water, but the water flows away. Accordingly, even though water is mixed with lactic acid bacteria, the lactic acid bacteria are washed away and thus cannot easily adhere to human intestines. Therefore, the method enhances the stickiness of lactic acid bacteria by mixing the lactic acid bacteria and kelp powder or a kelp extract with high stickiness, and thus allows the lactic acid bacteria to easily adhere to human intestines. People can have further strong intestines, and harmful bacteria are prevented from adhering to human intestines. Lactic acid bacteria-containing powder includes alginic acid in a content which is equal to or greater than 20% and less than 100%. |
