Disclosed are a three-dimensional secondary battery having an elastic member and a producing method thereof. The disclosed three-dimensional secondary battery comprises a negative electrode active material layer and an electrolyte layer stacked on a first trench formed on a positive electrode active material layer. A second trench similar to the first trench is formed on the negative electrode active material layer, and an elasticity member is placed on the second trench. The elasticity member absorbs the expansion of the negative electrode active material layer when charging the secondary battery, so the deterioration of the secondary battery is prevented.
