PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a terminal 1 from mobile network connection to wireless LAN connection without inflicting a load on the mobile network.SOLUTION: A mobile station 2 comprises communication switching notification means 22 which designates an access class which is a switching object and transmits a switching instruction from mobile network connection to wireless LAN connection by broadcast if access to a mobile network is restricted. A terminal 1 comprises communication switching means 13 which, when the terminal 1 connected with the mobile network receives the switching instruction from the base station 2, connects to the wireless LAN if the access class of the terminal 1 is the switching object access class, and continues connection with the mobile network if it is not the switching object access class. |
