PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make conversion of print instructions more appropriate.SOLUTION: The information processing device converts a print instruction into intermediate format information page by page, measures elapsed time since the start of the conversion process, and checks whether or not the measured elapsed time exceeds a prescribed time period. If the measured elapsed time is determined to have exceeded the prescribed time period, the information processing device produces intermediate format information containing information of all pages that has been processed when it is so determined and continues converting pages that has not been converted to intermediate information, while if the process is completed on all pages without determining to have exceeded the prescribed time period, intermediate format information containing information of all pages is produced. |
