A fastening support (6) for a mudguard (5) to enable the mudguard (5) to be fastened in connection with a hub (2) of a turning wheel (1). The fastening support comprises a flexible structure that allows the mudguard being prevented from turning along with the wheel at an angle larger than the given turning angle and being returned to turn along with the wheel when the turning angle of the wheel is smaller than the aforementioned given turning angle. The fastening support further comprises a support element (10) to be arranged fixedly in connection with the hub of the wheel to move therewith, a turning element (11) arranged coaxially with the support element and a fastening element (14) of the mudguard supported to the turning element coaxially with the support element and the turning element and being substantially immobile relative to the turning element in the turning direction of the turning element relative to the support element. |
