PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve increase in resources to an increase target service and decrease in resources to a decrease target service while satisfying respective policies of the increase target service and the decrease target service in an environment of a plurality of services being executed across a plurality of bases.SOLUTION: An inter-base service management system includes: a service management terminal; a service management server; and a plurality of bases connected with the service management server via a communication network. The service management terminal gives an instruction to increase and decrease resources at bases of a plurality of services that have resources at the bases and are performed across the bases. The service management server increases and decreases the resources on the basis of the policy of the services in response to the instruction on the increase and decrease. |
