PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system enabling communication even for a vehicle possibly incapable of performing communication via road-vehicle communication.SOLUTION: An information provision method causes a management server including a communication IF for providing a content to a mobile terminal via an antenna, and an arithmetic processing part, to execute: an image analysis process of analyzing a photographed image of a vehicle travelling on a road, by referring to an image analysis information database; and a transfer signal addition process of determining whether the result of the image analysis process represents a predetermined state or not by referring to a communication threshold database, and adding a transfer signal to the content if it is determined that the result represents the predetermined state. |
