PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system which shortens time required for initial setting.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system 100 includes: an outdoor unit 110; a plurality of indoor units 120; and an intermediate unit 130 for communicating the outdoor unit 110 and each indoor unit 120. The intermediate unit 130 is arranged between the outdoor unit 110 and each indoor unit 120, and it includes a plurality of refrigerant systems RS, communication systems CS and switching parts 80. Each refrigerant system RS is connected to the plurality of indoor units 120. Each communication system CS is associated with the refrigerant system RS by one to one, connected to the indoor unit 120 connected to the corresponding refrigerant system RS, and a signal is transmitted between the indoor unit 120 and the intermediate unit 130. The intermediate unit 130 identifies the communication system CS and the refrigerant system RS which each indoor unit 120 is connected to by switching conduction and cut-off of each communication system CS via each switching part 80 when power is turned on. |
