PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid reagent built-in type microchip that can effectively prevent a liquid reagent from unintentionally flowing out of a reagent holding part during a period from manufacture of the microchip to its use, and excellently discharge the liquid reagent from the reagent holding part when a centrifugal force is applied.SOLUTION: There is provided a microchip that includes a fluid circuit comprising a space formed inside, and moves liquid present in the fluid circuit to a desired position in the fluid circuit by application of a centrifugal force. The microchip includes a reagent holding part 201a which stores a liquid reagent; a reagent discharge path 202a which is connected to the reagent holding part 201a, and discharges the liquid reagent, and an air introduction path 101 which is a flow passage connected to the reagent holding part 201a and is different from the reagent discharge path 202a, and introduces air into the reagent holding part 201a. |
