PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power system monitoring control system capable of performing, with surplus power, charging and discharging of storage batteries connected with a plurality of power systems.SOLUTION: The power system monitoring control system, controlling switching operations of an electrical switchgear provided on a linkage line for linking a plurality of power systems each being installed with a storage battery, includes a communication section and an arithmetic section. The communication section acquires the charge state amount of the storage batteries. The arithmetic section determines whether or not the charge state amount acquired by the communication section is under a predetermined state. The communication section outputs a closing command of the electrical switchgear when a charge state is determined as the predetermined state. |
