PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device capable of performing stable APC control.SOLUTION: A light source device 14 includes: a surface light-emitting laser array having a plurality of light emitting parts that are two-dimensionally arrayed; a light separation element 17 that is arranged on light paths of a plurality of laser beams from the surface light-emitting laser array, and transmits a part of each of the plurality of laser beams and reflects the rest of the laser beams in a direction crossing an incident direction; and a photo diode 30 that receives the laser beams reflected on the light separation element 17. The laser beam emitted from a center light emitting part of the plurality of light emitting parts has a radiation angle set to be larger than a radiation angle of laser beams emitted from light emitting parts around the center light emitting part. |
