PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing system, an image processing method and a program, which, even when a user moves an image on a display screen by moving the face and simultaneously changes the posture, allow the user to easily dispose the image to a reference position of the display screen and easily keep moving the image after change of the posture.SOLUTION: The image processing method includes the steps of: detecting a feature part of a user's face from a picked-up image obtained by imaging the user, and detecting a direction of the user's face; storing the position of the feature part that is detected when a predetermined direction of the face is detected as a reference point in a RAM 24 each time the predetermined direction of the user's face is detected from the picked-up image; controlling display of the image so as to move a predetermined image displayed on a display screen on the basis of the position of the feature part with the latest reference point stored in the RAM 24 as reference; and controlling display of the image so as to dispose the image in a predetermined reference position of the display screen when the predetermined direction of the face is detected. |
