PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow wireless system communication equipment using carrier sense to operate simultaneously with the other wireless system communication equipment.SOLUTION: Wireless communication equipment for performing wireless communication with terminal equipment by using a plurality of wireless systems using different frequencies includes: first carrier sense execution means for executing carrier sense by using a first wireless system; second carrier sense execution means for executing carrier sense by using a second wireless system; and control means for standing by until a first wireless system transmission request is made when a second wireless system transmission request is made, and for controlling the operation of the second carrier sense execution means such that the start timing and execution period of the carrier sense to be executed by the first carrier sense execution means is made coincident with the start timing and execution period of the carrier sense to be executed by the second carrier sense execution means in response to the first wireless system transmission request. |
