PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration diagnosis method that prevents a wrong diagnosis and improves its accuracy.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a deterioration diagnosis method estimates an insulation resistance value of an insulation material using an estimated formula provided by a multivariate analysis on the basis of coefficients of evaluation items and actually measured values of the evaluation items that are set in advance for the insulation material, determines validity of the estimated insulation resistance value, and calculates a term of validity on the basis of the estimated insulation resistance value and a duration of use of the insulation material. |
