A system (1) for determining an automobile insurance premium according to the present invention is provided with a measurement sensor (10) for measuring a measurand pertaining to the viscoelastic properties of a tire of an automobile, a viscoelastic property calculation unit (11) for calculating the viscoelastic properties of the tire by using the measurand measured by the measurement sensor (10), a coefficient of friction calculation unit (12) for calculating the coefficient of friction of the tire by using the viscoelastic properties calculated by the viscoelastic property calculation unit (11), and an insurance premium determination unit (13) for determining the insurance premium of the automobile on the basis of the coefficient of friction of the tire as calculated by the coefficient of friction calculation unit (12). |
