PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveyance device capable of suppressing the floating of corners of a sheet while suppressing an impact of a conveyance belt on driving in a configuration in which a sheet is conveyed by causing the sheet to be adsorbed on the conveyance belt by suction adsorption and static adsorption, and an image forming device.SOLUTION: The sheet conveyance device includes a conveyance belt 51, a conveyance plate 71, a suction part 7, and a charging part 8. The conveyance belt 51 includes a plurality of belt openings 511 formed in a plurality of suction adsorption regions R1 corresponding to an end part of a size of a plurality of kinds of sheets in a width direction D2. The conveyance plate 71 includes a plurality of platen openings 711 formed in positions corresponding to the belt openings 511 in the width direction D2. The suction part 7 sucks air from the rear surface side of the conveyance plate 71 through the belt openings 511 and the platen openings 711. The charging part 8 charges a static adsorption region R2 using charging members 811-814 that contact the static adsorption region R2. |
