PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a building envelope which is capable of precisely dealing with various needs.SOLUTION: As a plurality of types of exterior items, an ornament member 20, a floor panel 10, handrail units 12, 13 and an eaves panel 16 are prepared. After constructing an exterior frame 2, at least an ornamentation step is selected from among the ornamentation step, an eaves installation step and a balcony installation step to construct a building envelope, thereby selectively constructing the building envelope by so-called pergola, the building envelope of a type where eaves are provided in the pergola, the building envelope of a type where a balcony is provided in the ornamented pergola and the building envelope of a type where the eaves and the balcony are provided in the ornamented pergola. Therefore, the building envelope can be constructed to be capable of precisely dealing with various needs. |
