The invention provides a conduit which can prevent coating liquid from entering into a guide wire entrance while coating the coating liquid on the conduit having a guide wire entrance, and a manufacturing method of the conduit. An air bag conduit has an outer shaft (15) and an air bag. On a peripheral wall part (23) on the outer shaft (15) which surrounds an outer tube hole (15), the guide wire entrance (21) is formed in the midway in an axis direction. On the outer shaft (15), two sides clamping the guide wire entrance (21) in the axis direction are provided with coating areas (25, 26) respectively on the outer surfaces of which hydrophilic coating is performed. The second coating area ??26??is separately configured in the axis direction relative to the guide wire entrance (21), and on the outer shaft (15), an area between the second coating area (26) and the guide wire entrance (21) becomes an uncoated area (27) on the outer surface of which coating is not performed. |
