PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel plate for a paper feeding member, which is excellent in an antifouling property, corrosion resistance, and abrasion resistance without need for high-temperature baking-drying.SOLUTION: Provided is a steel plate for a paper feeding member having a plating layer and a chemical conversion-treated layer formed sequentially on both surfaces of the plate and having a resin coating film containing an organic resin and fine particles formed on at least one side of the chemical conversion-treated layers. The fine particles are at least one kind selected from the group consisting of polyolefins, stearic acids, silicones, and fluororesins. A surface of the resin coating film has surface hardness of 70 N/mmor more at 75°C. |
