PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid seasoning composition used in the form of foam having high stability (persistence).SOLUTION: A liquid seasoning composition used in a foamed state is obtained by mixing quillaja saponin ranging from 0.01 pts.mass to 0.03 pts.mass, (B) xanthan gum ranging from 0.12 pts.mass to 0.35 pts.mass, and (C) one or two kinds selected from the group of trisodium citrate (crystal), sodium pyrophosphate, sodium polyphosphate, and sodium metaphosphate ranging from 0.05 pts.mass to 0.5 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass liquid seasoning. |
