The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing instant raw glass noodles, and to the raw glass noodles manufactured thereby. More specifically, provided are: a method for manufacturing instant raw glass noodles which reduces time spent on an existing method for manufacturing raw glass noodles and increases a shelf life of the raw glass noodles at room temperature; and the raw glass noodles manufactured thereby.
