The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for entering data with two input schemes and a haptic feedback scheme, particularly, in a vehicle, in which inputs can be flexibly and bi-directionally performed. The method includes the steps of: detecting a contact position on a free-programmable contact detection display device (103); selecting a function for the contact position (110); detecting pressure on the free-programmable contact detection display device (104); triggering the selected function due to the excess of a critical value of first force (110); and outputting haptic feedback (108). In this case, contact locations, which are spatially and temporally adjacent to each other, are integrated with each other to form contact trajectories (105). The contact trajectories are classified according to contact gestures (106). The function is divided into a contact function and an operation function (101, 102).
