摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance responsiveness of increase of a power generation amount to a power generation amount command indicating the increase of the power generation amount.SOLUTION: This fuel cell system includes a fuel cell module M having a plurality fo cell stacks 101, a recirculation line 44 for returning a part of exhaust fuel gas that is fuel gas having passed through the cell stacks to the plurality of cell stacks, a fuel flow-rate adjusting valve 52 for adjusting the flow-rate of the fuel gas, a steam flow-rate adjusting valve 58 for adjusting the flow-rate of steam from a steam generator 10 to the cell stacks, and a control device 60. The control device 60 has a fuel flow-rate control part 62 for outputting a valve opening command by which a flow-rate of the fuel gas corresponding to the power generation amount indicated by the power generation amount command can be obtained to the fuel flow-rate adjusting valve 52, and a steam flow-rate control part 63 for outputting a valve opening command indicating valve opening to the steam flow-rate adjusting valve 58 in accordance with the output timing of the valve opening command to the fuel flow-rate adjusting valve 52 based on the power generation amount command by the fuel flow-rate control part 62 when the flow-rate of the fuel gas increases during power generation of the cell stacks 101.
