PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell stack device in which gas seal performance of a sealing layer can be enhanced between a plurality of solid oxide fuel cells, and to provide a fuel cell module and a fuel cell device.SOLUTION: A cell stack device includes a cell stack 12 where a plurality of fuel cells 10 are arranged at predetermined intervals, and a gas tank 16 in which one end of the cell stack 12 is bonded, while being inserted into an opening 16b1, by a sealing layer 17 composed of an inorganic material. The inorganic material fills between one ends of a plurality of fuel cells 10 constituting the cell stack 12, and between the periphery of the cell stack 12 and an edge defining the opening 16b1 of the gas tank 16, and bubbles 17a exist in the inorganic material between one ends of the fuel cells 10. |
