PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vent sleeve which can suppress the increase in passage resistance in the vent sleeve, while reducing the labor and time required for opening and closing of a lid, and to provide a ship and an opening and closing method of the vent sleeve.SOLUTION: The vent sleeve includes: a cylindrical vent sleeve body 15; a lid portion 16 for closing an opening portion 18 of the vent sleeve body 15; and an opening and closing device 17 for opening and closing the lid portion 16. The opening and closing device 17 includes: a main arm 21 which is attached to a central part C of the lid portion 16, extending the outward direction of the vent sleeve body 15 in a planar view; a sub-arm 22 which is attached to the lid portion 16 at outer side than the central part C in a direction in which the main arm 21 extends, extending to the same direction as the main arm 21; a supporting portion 23 having a supporting body 42 which supports both the main arm 21 and sub-arm 22 rotatably at a position away outward from the vent sleeve body 15 in a planar view; and a driving unit 24 for imparting a driving force to the main arm 21 for rotating relative to the support portion 23. |
