PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recorder that suppresses buckling of a preceding paper and a decrease in throughput.SOLUTION: An image recorder performs a paper feeding process (S12) of letting the front end of a form reach a conveyor roller, an intermittent recording process (S13) of conveying the form each by a predetermined line feed width in a conveying direction and making a recording part record an image on the form, and a rigidity determining process (S17) of determining the rigidity of the form on a preceding form. When the rigidity of the preceding form is equal to or larger than a threshold (S18: Yes), the image recorder performs the paper feeding process (S12) and the intermittent recording process (S13) on a following form on condition that the image recording on the preceding form is completed and the rear end of the preceding form has passed the conveyor roller (S19: Yes), but when the rigidity of the preceding form is smaller than a threshold (S18: No), the image recorder performs a discharging process (S19) of discharging the preceding form after the image recording to a paper discharge tray prior to the paper feeding process (S12) on the following form. |
