The method involves registering a sender and a recipient of a document to assign a digital identity, and obtaining the acceptance of the recipient to match with the sender. The document is encrypted, and a notification is send to the recipient, where notification represent that the document is available. A choice to validate the deliver of the document by the recipient, is detected. An electronic report to deliver the document is constituted, and the report is signed by a trusted third party with a private key. The report comprises links between data such as digital identity data of parties, reference data of certificate utilized for signing document, encrypted digital document, reference data of mandated operator, reference data of electronic signature of mandated operator, timestamp data of choice performed by parties, reference data of timestamp authority and signification data of administrative act. An independent claim is also included for a device for signing a document to be transmitted between two parties such as sender and recipient. |
