PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens and a light emission device that can reduce appearance of a yellow ring without decreasing light emission efficiency of the light emission device.SOLUTION: A lens 3 has a recessed part 7 that is recessed toward from a lower-side direction to an upper-side direction. A first light incident surface 8 and a second light incident surface 9 are a center region of a light emitting range of a light emission member 2, and make incident light of about 65% of an entire light emission amount emitted by the light emission member 2. A third light incident surface 10 is a region on a peripheral side than the center region of the light emitting range in the light emission member 2, and makes incident the light of about 35% of the entire light emission amount emitted by the light emission member 2. The lens 3 has a reflection surface 11 reflecting the light incident to the second light incident surface 9 and the third light incident surface 10 and making the reflected light emit from a light emitting surface 4 provided on an outer circumferential surface of the lens 3. |
