PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure improving the accuracy of flow rate control.SOLUTION: A valve seat 40 is equipped with an insertion hole 41 in which a rod 13a is inserted; a seat surface 43 configured by an inclined surface recessed toward the insertion hole 41; a valve hole 42 provided in an area between the insertion hole 41 and the seat surface 43; and a groove 44 extending in a diametrical direction at a position biased to an outer peripheral surface side on the seat surface 43. A valve body 30 is pulled by the rod 13a and deformed so as to warp along a shape of the seat surface 43 when the electrified amount to a coil is increased to move the rod 13a, thereby expanding a contact area to the seat surface 43 from an area provided with the groove 44 toward the insertion hole 41 side. Therefore, the groove 44 reaches the inner side than the area provided with the groove 44, thereby closing a valve hole. |
