PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel in which bond strength to a wiring material and an adhesive member is maintained, and a method for manufacturing the touch panel.SOLUTION: A touch panel includes a substrate with a transparent electrode in which at least one layer of an insulating thin film 21 and a transparent electrode layer 22 composed of conductive particles are formed on a transparent film substrate 10 in this order. The transparent electrode layer has a pattern shape formed by a conductive part 31 where etching is not performed and a non-conductive part 32 a part of which is etched. The non-conductive part 32 has 2 to 30 conductive particles per square micrometer remaining therein on the insulating thin film 21, the particles made of a transparent conductive material. |
