PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that a user neglects confirmation of an important file even if many important document files exist in a directory, while reducing complicatedness given to a user.SOLUTION: On a file list display screen 60, for a document file to which a message is corresponded, a notice method type is automatically changed from "normal" to "warning" when a condition of that due date≤present is satisfied, and a standard icon overlaid on a thumbnail image of a document file is changed to a warning icon. |
