PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further suppress interference of a harness connected to a motor with other external members or the like, and to further improve connection workability between a motor side connection terminal and a vehicle power source side connection terminal.SOLUTION: A motor side harness laying wiring groove 18 is disposed in a spacer 14 to be in a concentric arc shape concentric circular to the center 9b of the rotary shaft 9a of a spool 9 in a fitted state to the frame 8 of the spacer 14 and located closer to the outside of the car room than the center 9b. A motor side harness 15 is laid in a circular arc shape concentric circular to the center 9b of the rotary shaft 9a of the spool 9 along the motor side harness laying wiring groove 18, and concealed from the outside by the motor side harness laying wiring groove 18. Thus, interference of the motor side harness 15 with other external members is suppressed. |
