PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which can efficiently reduce humidity even if an excreted liquid evaporates, makes a skin side less likely to be stuffy, and can suppress chapped skin and the like.SOLUTION: The long absorbent article, provided with a surface sheet arranged on a skin contact surface side, a back sheet arranged on a non-skin contact surface side, and an absorber arranged between these sheets, includes a three-dimensional guard on both longitudinal sides of the absorbent article, the three-dimensional guard standing up toward the wearer skin side, the absorbent article has a heat absorbing material in a portion on an absorber longitudinal end side more than an excretion part that receives the excreted liquid, the heat absorbing material reacting endothermically upon contact with a liquid, and the absorber is provided with a liquid guiding means that guides a liquid from the excretion part to the portion that has the heat absorbing material. |
