A cylindrical holder (20) is fitted into the distal end opening of a flexible tube (11) and the proximal end opening of a cylindrical protective hood (17), and couples the flexible tube (11) and the protective hood (17). A guide path (30) provided to the holder (20) passes through from the proximal end surface (21a) of the holder (20) to the distal end surface (22a) thereof, and at least a part of the guide path (30) is opened on the outer peripheral surface or inner peripheral surface of the holder (20). A portion at the distal end of the guide path (30) curves radially outward, and the distal end part of an illumination light guide (15) is inserted into the guide path (30). |
