The present invention relates to a solar heat exchange system. The solar heat exchange system comprises: a protective plate through which solar light passes; a heat collection paint layer which is positioned on one side of the protective plate and forms pores and curves by heated portions of heat collection paint to collect heat from the solar light passing through the protective plate; a metallic conduction plate which is positioned on one side of the heat collection paint layer and transfers the heat collected by the heat collection paint layer; and a heat exchange pipe which is installed to come in surface contact with the conduction plate and provides a moving path of heat exchange water to be heated by the heat transferred by the conduction plate. According to the present invention, solar light is used to be eco-friendly and provide heating and hot water at low costs. The pores and the curves are formed by the heated portion of the heat collection paint to widen a heat collection area to provide excellent heat collection efficiency.
