PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify equipment configuration while ensuring reliability of gas exhaustion with temperature rising.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 100 comprises a fuel cell 110, a high-pressure gas tank 110 and an exhaust emission pipe 150. The high-pressure gas tank 122 includes a tank valve 124 having a fusible plug structure exhausting gas in the tank to the outside with temperature rising in one end portion in a length direction of the tank. The exhaust emission pipe 150 is a general-purpose resin compact characterized by higher combustibility than that of the high-pressure gas tank 122. A first conduit part 152 communicating to a cell connection conduit part 151 extends at a lower side of the tank valve 124 at such an interval as to transfer heat to the tank valve 124. A second conduit part 153 communicating to the first conduit part 152 extends along the length direction of the tank from a side of the tank valve 124 to the other end of the tank. |
