PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: conventionally, reflection waves from an object are received at different sensor positions or the number of sensors is increased, only the reflection waves from the object are synchronously added to increase signal strength, and a virtual image is relatively reduced (1) and weight is switched according to propagation distance or directivity (2); in (1) the number of measurement points increases or a device scale increases, and (2) is likely to be ineffective to unknown objects.SOLUTION: A plurality of distance/strength calculation means calculate distance from the plurality of reflection waves from the object received at different positions respectively to the object and reception strength every reflection wave, reception strength proportion of the plurality of reflection waves are used to determine similarity to reference value defined separately, reception strength of a point in accordance with the distance which is less similar and is calculated by the distance/strength calculation means is modified by sensor strength control means, and a virtual image is further deleted from the distance image to which aperture synthesis is performed according to the distance and the modified reception strength by aperture synthesis means. |
